Hi,
I have made an Arduino compatible shield using the ESP-03 module. It is open source hardware and software.
The Kickstarter ends in 28 hours:

I have released version 1.0 of the library together with some sample code. (The library is still a work in progress. Everything in it works, but I will add more features.)
