How to use ESW8266 watchdog for call an interrupt

I'm new in this forum, so thank you for your collaboration.
Is possible to use a watchdog to call an interrupt?
I have to manage a relay with a timer but this timer hasn't to block from the main loop (for example, slowly connection with Arduino cloud).
Did you now some lib or documentation that can help me?
