Access Your Arduino+ESP8266 thru internet

Its been 2 months already since I started accessing and controlling my home appliance anywhere as long as there is internet connectivity.

Any reviews is considered a great help. Here are some of the pictures where I monitor my room temperature using LM35 sensor. Also the three 220Volt Lights connected to my device.
