Can't upload simple codes to nodemcu devkit 1.0

I'm having problems uploading codes to this devkit with Arduino, lua loader and esplorer IDEs.
I can control GPIO pin from lua uploader control panel. That's the only control I have.
I can't upload codes ..
I want to program it with Arduino IDE.
There are important requirements, which are in the following link.

I choose CPU freq. 80MHz, flash freq. 40MHz, different programmers, generic ESP8266 module & NodeMCU 1.0 (ESP-12E module).
What else do I need ?
