Arduino Uno wiring setup check

I'm quite new to hardware and, for a project I'm working on, I have to connect the Arduino Uno to the ESP8266. I know that the ESP8266 works at 3.3V, breaks at 5V and the Arduino Uno provides 5V. After googling for hours and looking at dozens of sources, I think I've got a functional setup which is safe for both the Arduino and the ESP8266. However, I want to be sure, because I really don't want to break either of them. Is this a safe setup?
