NodeMCU 1.0 (ESP-12E Module) compile error from Arduino IDE

Hello,
I'm looking to use this board and upload some code and I get the following error. Any suggestions. I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thanks!
