I'm trying to upgrade the firmware of my esp8266-07 and I can't success in it. The next image shows the version of the module:

As you can see I have AT Version 0.21.0.0 and SDK Version 0.9.5, very old. Two hours ago I upgraded an ESP8266-01 with the following version:

I'm doing exactly the same steps but I can't upgrade the ESP8266-07 module. I'm sure that the wiring is fine. Anyone knows which could be the problem? ( I'm working under Linux Mint 1.7)
