It'isnt possible to compile because the message:
#include <xtensa/config/core-isa.h>

This header should be available in a standard location, e.g. if you use esp-open-sdk it's in the esp-open-sdk/xtensa-lx106-elf/xtensa-lx106-elf/include/xtensa/config/core-isa.h
