Troubles about ESP8266

I bought a ESP8266 WIFi module produced by Espress from site. I connected computer passing uart module and up-pulled CH_PD to VCC. Next, I sent instruction to it by serial assistant. However, I don’t know why it always come back intactly. Any wrongs?
