Yeah, right. If Clang is installed in both machines, the same code will run. You can see here more about running Clang and windows and Linux:

Is it just me, or doesn't this question seem to be more appropriate for some other forum? I don't see how this has anything to do with microprocessors, in general or ESP8266 specifically. Maybe if you explain how you want integrate an ESP8266 or talk to one or it control something on something using this clang, I would think looking for a clang forum would be your best bet.
