I've a problem during the toolchain setup. I've followed the instructions on http://www.esp8266.com/wiki/doku.php?id=setup-windows-compiler-esp8266 to setup the toolchain for the development with Visual Studio. The making process ends up with the error:

There are no bin files created and the flashing of the device doesn't start.
Did I miss something important?
Hopefully you could help me, since I struggle with the setup now for a couple of hours.
