Worked after setting the modules baud rate to 115200 with the Teensy 3.1. Still an issue with long messages though, the ESP hangs.

Hi, I wonder if you could share your Teensy code? I tried to get this working & failed
I agree that Teensy 3.1 should be useful, it's much better suited than a 'normal' Arduino
