• simple Webserver
• tripple PWM output
• single GPIO control (actually for a relay)
• parameter storage in non volatile memory
• wifi setup via Web interface
• udp service for device discovery
• Binbang i2c interface

I don't think the device is running a full-blown web server, it is only able to answer to webservice requests, returning JSON-formatted answers.
