There's also the cc3200 that can avoid another mcu and the mediatek chip. My goal is a little production of about 100 boards in a first time. What advice could you give me ? I need a bandwidth of about 320kbps. But I guess that at 115kbps for the serial input, there's something wrong here is it possible to get more ftp udp bandwidth by increasing the input baudrate ?

CC3200 looks good, I have some doubt on its future when you know about cc3000... :-/
