I used to put RESET pin on Ground in order to reset and then I could see the blue LED flashes, but in this black module it doesn't seems to happen.

That could be simply that LED is hooked up differently, a bit like the differences between ESP-12E and ESP-12Q, where the LED is connected on TX line on the first, but on a different GPIO on the second.

Updating the topic, I'm now able to use this black version anyway I want (as an Arduino, or directly with AT commands, etc). I've been following this image to hook up:
