Why not just use the ESP 03 module and solder it to your pub?
Unless you are making hundreds or thousands of boards and need mass production surface mount boards, its going to be cheaper and easier to use a module.
Especially you need to design the antenna circuit onto the PCB, which is a specialised field in its own right.
