i have two questions. 1-how can i generate one flashbin ? 2-how can i buy your dev kit

1, a tool from espressif can combine 4 files to one. no experience on other tools.
2, dev-kit is manufactured by the same company who make esp-01 to esp-12. how to buy it out of China?...em... don't know for now
