I stopped looking at this library a while ago, and at that time I didn't get much into the operations since I don't have the programming background to understand some stuff. But from working with it on a higher level, and from reading other's comments, I believe that the network time is not used by all devices. It depends on where they are in the interconnected structure. I don't know if this was intentional or just a mistake. The problem is that the creator of the library seems to have disappeared and we are left to draw our own conclusions.
If you can do something with this library I would be very interested in testing your results. I had hoped to use this if it worked properly.
