- Tue Dec 17, 2019 6:38 am #84934 My IDE cant connect with the module. I'm new at these things, still learning, I've been working with some Arduino electronics before but never had any problem like this. I think that everything is set up correctly:

Additional board manager URLs: "http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/package_esp8266com_index.json"
Board: Generic ESP8266 Module
Port: "COM3" (Its the only one that's available)

However, when I try to compile the code I get a warning first then on upload the following error:

Can you guys suggest me what are my options with the following issue or address me where can I find a solution?
