ch_pd needs to be up, rst unconnected.

Hi there,
fist of all thanks for the effort. Has anyone experiences with the use of the library with the Teensy 3.1? Seems to me that this particular board is perfect since it has multiple serial interfaces. However, I also get the "ESP RESET failed" error, although the communication seems to work. CH_PD is testet with a dedicated pin as well as permanet high.
At the moment I'm not quite sure where to look for the error. Newest firmware on the ESP (v.9.5.). The communication in priciple works fine in other sketches. However, since the Teensy 3.1 comes with some special libraries it may be related to this.
I'd appreciate all hints!

Worked after setting the modules baud rate to 115200 with the Teensy 3.1. Still an issue with long messages though, the ESP hangs.
