Heya,
here is interesting rrd statistics about one temp sensor (DS18B20), ESP-12E on a custom board, reading every 5mins and deepsleeping in between, battery is LiFePO4 RCR123, 600mAh -
interesting is that even below 2.5V sensor is still fully functional.
