for thermostat we make two form
Thermostat is maximum size what we can make for now. Our machine gives a little pressure and this not enough for bigger size.

My design is a networked WIFI 100mm diagonal TFT LCD for home automation, so similar to you... sort of.

Might just do mine out of layered acrylic sheets.

1 3d print in Photopolymer and after 2000 sand paper
2 make silicon form and use liquid plastic
from this form you can make 20 case
