Please, can anyone make a wire diagram for the complete setup? It is a little bit difficult for a novice to wire all this without a diagram .

You dont need a wire diagramm. There are 4 wires between ESP and one of both modules.
Both need power, 5V for the module, 3.3V for ESP

ESP pin - I2S signal
----------------------
GPIO2/TX1 - LRCK
GPIO3/RX0 - DATA (SDI)
GPIO15 - BCLK (BCK)
GND - GND

Thats all.
I tested now both boards here, work very well.

I want to use it to reveive a loacal icecast stream. and hear it over my hifi system. Only few meters ~15-20meter
i think this is no problem, or?

But you can try out without RAM and without DAC, quality is not so good.
