Arduino Nano, ESP8266-12, LCD, RTC
The ESP8266 is using the NodeMCU firmware.
The ESP8266 run's a LUA interpreter which is handling the wifi connection and retrieving the current date/time from Google.
(I have another version retrieving via NTP)
The LED above the ESP8266 lights up when WiFi is OK
No PC is required.
