Newbie here.
I'm wondering if I can send AT commands to another IC such as an ELM chip using ESP8266 chip.
I know I can control sensors and other ON/OFF based ciruits, however, Can I send a AT command set on the TX/RX pins of ESP chip over to another IC/microcontroller?
