I would not use any of these !!
I would set up my own dedicated server and not be dependend of a commercial service.
This can easily be done with a home automation system like domoticz.
It is used to switch on light-switches but can easily be adapted for relays.
Multiple sensors can be read directly and there are many projects like (mysensors) that let you build your own dedicated sensors. Sensors that can reach miles !!!
And rest assured this is a reliable system.
I personally would implement it in a business environment without any hesitation.
I would not like to have my business being dependend on an outside company that is hundreds of miles way.
