#56284 You don't need the diode for the transistors that control SSR's. For the transistor that controls the relay, you need a diode, not an LED.
BTW I suggested a 0.1mfd cap across the power input of the ESP12f. I found through a lot of grief that a 22mfd tantalum was essential on one of my designs.
