can you give some more details on the circuit itself?
A quick search on Google gives NXP's BCP68 as a good candidate...

- Thu Apr 09, 2015 8:48 am #13977 thank you for response. its basic 3 channel 1.5v power circuit.at the present its using 3 mini switch for on and off channel.something like picture.
i want to automate this circuit.But every channel is 1.5v and consuming ~1.1A. and i have small place for esp and npn's. thats why i need smd type npn. BCP68 seems to fine. can i use with esp's gpio? and how? can i need resistor with bcp68 or can i use directly?
