Okay, so like this? Are there any problems i could encounter if i use the HT7333?

I don't know. According to the datasheet it can only deliver 250mA which could be a bit too low if i think about ~400mA power spikes, couldn't it?
You said that a value of ~220Ohm would be fine to connect GP16 and Reset. Because i have some 240Ohm resistors left over i assume that they would also work?

Yes, I known that HT7333 is 250mA, but, although I didn't get chance to try it out with ESPs, I've seen people commenting that it was working fine, becaquse you need to consider that spikes themselves are getting it power reserved from a big capacitor on 3.3V side, the nearest as possible to the ESP power pins, bigger is better, so your case, you added a 100uF.
If your not confident enough, you can use the XC6203 at 400mA, or the RT9013 at 500mA, although this last one isn't the same package, but proven efficient since it is what been used on Wemos-D1-Mini.
About the series resistor between GPIO16 and RES, any things between 100R and 1K should work.
