What are PCB testing pins?
Is it something that you build?
HolgerW- so are these just small guage solid wires?
I think I'll try making a little board with just enough of these to hold the chip up and connect the necessary pins.

Here my adapters for esp-03 and esp-12 in attachment
Work ok, but not for 100 of pieces. It doesnt go through the holes, is is on the outside of esp.
