I am retired but I can't stop playing with new technology.

I have a long history of microcontrollers, electronics, etc.
Hardware/software documentation on this device family is very poor.
I assume there are people here who know it so well that my quest is very common so I hope to learn.

I thank all for any help.
Yes, fresh batteries, I scoped the serial to board but saw nothing coming back.

But it does nothing when I send AT (cr)
I assume I do not have the right firmware for AT commands???

Where do I go from here?
