I have a project with NodeMCU board which include a esp8266.now I want to transfer video data using a smartphone 's camera through WIFI .but I don't know how.is there anyone to help me?

I had found out you can take pictures but not video. Videos are just too complicated for this mcu to handle. Get a Pi at least to handle video. Some said use the way of taking photos and process into videos. That is just too slow and lame.

How about a simple camera?
Can I work with a simple camera in my project and conect it to the board?

- Tue Feb 14, 2017 4:51 pm #62576 There are board as powerful as RaspberryPi but at lower cost. Search Google and AliExpress for OrangePi, there is the OPiPC and even lower cost OPiLite or OPiZero. Last one is about $7.00
