I waited two days. It didn't resolve the issue, so I replaced the regulator. It didn't help.

- Thu Jul 13, 2017 7:54 pm #68232 Apart from the fact that servicing a module like a WeMos is probably more expensive than buying a new one, it should be fairly easy to check the power voltages (or lack of) on the ESP using a multimeter.

This page has an overview and schematics of the WeMos board.

Assumption is the mother of all f*ckups. At least: that's what I'm assuming.
