For the reed switch circuit I measure about 25uA total idle currrent. This is with EN low (switch closed). I think this corresponds to about 10uA through ESP-12F, 8uA in regulator, 3.5uA in battery monitor resistors and 3.5uA in EN / switch.
Theoretically this gives about about 650 days of idle operation. For the door sensor it draws about 70mA for about 4 seconds when triggered. So 5 times per day is equivalent to about 17uA extra drain. The batteries themselves have a small amount of self discharge but LIPOs tend to be pretty good.
