#80393 Complete noob here but I can follow directions pretty well... :P I recently connected my NodeMCU ESP8266 to my SmartThings hub and created the device in the iOS app. The temperature is reporting -196.6 degrees, and I'm not frozen solid LOL so something's off... does anyone know how I can adjust the sketch with the IDE so it's reading accurately?

Thanks in advance for your help -
Mark

#80417 I have three Nodemcu's running at the moment and have never had the problem you have. I have used a DT22, BMP280 and a SHT15 sensor without problems.

As schufti says you need to post more information.

So it is a ds18b20, but as they say there, you need to post the sketch / software you are running to get any meaningful help.

In your other post you have the sensor connected to NodeMCU D4. Are you sure you are using the pin that your software is expecting?
