I'm sorry for this late reply.
Finally I got my hands on the strip board and spent some time to built it.
As you may note there are some modifications in the adapter plate. I removed the SMD resistors and placed 10K resistors between the adapter plate and the strip board.
At this point I think the whole process is a little bit reliable.
However, I think maybe my problem is now related with the flash cycle count. I read here about it.
In the next weekend I'm going to replace my first one ESP12F to another unused.
I'll give replies about it.

I just put a 1000uF between Vcc and GND.
Unfortunately, I got the same problem

- Tue Jan 23, 2018 9:27 pm #73441 Connect a cap between the Vcc and gnd tabs of the ESP-12 module. Short wire connections. Just because you have a big cap doesn't mean you have a low impedance path.

Personally I would not us 1000uF. I would go for something smaller that would have a lower impedance at higher frequencies. In the following product I have a surface mount 68uF cap (yellow cap) connected as direct as I could between Vcc and gnd. I also have a decent regulator rated for 500mA. Never had any power issues.
