Hi,
So I recently purchased 5 ESP8266-01 devices and a ESP8266 HiLetGo device. I'm trying to send AT Commands or get any response from these devices but I do not get a response. I have tried the arduino IDE, and the ESPlorer. I was able to flash one of the ESP8266-01 so I know that it is functioning. Also When I plug them in I can see the ESP_XXXXX WIFI CONNECTION available and I can connect to it, but idk what ip to visit to be able to work with the device?
Does anyone know how to set up a basic serial communication with AT Commands?

GPIO 1 - High
TX->RX
Rx ->TX
I have tried many different baud rates, but I dont get responses.
