I am trying to connect these two components but the display is giving random segments.
Display - https://www.adafruit.com/product/881
NodeMCU ESP8266 - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01F5A ... UTF8&psc=1
Right now i have it connected (Right = Display, Left = NodeMCU ESP8266)
VCC -----> 3v3
GND -----> GND
SCL -----> D1
SDA -----> D2
All help would be appreciated. Or if anyone knows of any code I could run to test if the connection is working, this way I least I know to go back to the original code as the culprit.
