for me it works.
what is the problem?

It returns *link type error". The ESP cant obtain a port number neither with its own or host's ip.

Perhaps its because if my android version?? Could you check if your cell phone automatically assigns a port number for the client (esp in tcp client mode)?

do you have a problem to connect to a TCP port?
