Sorry it took long

My module doesn't go to sleep with AT+TEST=1,2,a sorry

last one more time try this AT+TEST=1,2,a must to go sleep for 1 minute

so will i need to connect pin16 to rst ? or ?

yup, module sleeps and wakes up as expected so why it didn't sleep with the 2nd firmware that you sent?
