Any suggestions on how I can reduce the vertical size of Esplorer to less than 768.

In next release it will be fix.

Unzip files to any folder (please do not use ProgramFiles folder and use path without national symbols), install jre (Java RunTime - link in first topic) and double-click on ESPlorer.jar
Also, you can use command promt "java -jar ESPlorer.jar" or "javaw -jar ESPlorer.jar" or make .bat file
