Hi all,
very new to all of this, about to undertake a self learning project but i've run in to an early issue.
I have flashed the device with nodemcu flasher on my windows machine but when I open ESplorer (or CoolTerm) it won't give me the 'NodeMCU 0.9.6 build 20150704 powered by Lua 5.1.4' message. Just the random output. But as soon as I plug it in to my Mac, running esplorer it outputs everything perfectly. Any reason for this? I'm a bit confused by it at this stage and want to make sure i'm fully understanding things before moving on.
