I have the same problem, some pin state are still high when I turn the esp into deepsleepmode.
Specially when I configure an output pin.(I'm not configuring a pin for the sleep mode to wake up)
Isn't the meaning of the sleep mode that most of the chip is turned off unless you program it to stay on in the sleep mode?
