I deleted everything, downloaded fresh, set the first line to point to the cloud generated image and the second line to the init image along with the 4M address and then didn't check the box on the init image, three times.
Once I checked the box on the far right it worked.
Next I found the reason for the issues with my CP2102 version, no driver and windows 10 hates it. Downloaded the driver and installed then updated from the .9 version to 1.54.
Back to trying to get the 201 module to work.
