Ok, it seems I miss read a comment I saw on GitHub...

I copied libiconv2.dll to the root folder, whereas I needed libiconv-2.dll.

that worked for me! thx

I seem to remember there are two files and the wrong one was mentioned in the early post, so check it again just in case...

Yes, it is the libiconv-2.dll file that is needed.
