What programmer should I use? The default AVRISP mkII is fine? Or does not matter?

If you are having other issues it is some other cause, for example, when i installed it wouldn't compile for me and i got misled down this rabbit hole, but in fact it is not the problem, i was getting compiler error but after downloading a missing dll it is now resolved for me.
