Boot Mode 1,6 is flash mode (to my knowledge verified on my Olimex Board that can be flashed)
Boot Mode 3,6 is boot from SPI Flash

I have found
ets Jan 8 2013,rst cause:4, boot mode:(1,0)
wdt reset

is the normal reset when power on and GPIO0 grounded.
But I am no expert . I have listed a few that I have seen here

So if you can add to it great .
Keep in mind my board works my suggested way and yours does not?

Solved: It was a hardware issue. Tried with new board and everything worked..
