Hi guys i need your help , i have ESP01 and Wroom 02, i want them working with arduino IDE, i followed every single step of those two links :

i always get the error:
warning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed
i tried to flash them i get failed to connect.
i have 3.3v external source, and i kept GPIO0 conneected to ground.
it's been a week that i'm stucked and i need make it work so i can continue my project .
SO please guys help.
