I use this one. Jumper at 3,3V

And do not power the ESP from the 3.3V of the FTDI. May work, may not.

And tested with FTDI and chinee TTL to USB module too.

But im using external power for the ESP, with common GND with TTL.

Anyway, thanks for the help.

Any idea, how can i upload code to ESP-05?
That module have only 5 pins, need to find the ic gpio0 and connect to the ground, when uploading?
