I am trying to implement a project as described here: "https://www.jaycar.com.au/wifi-relay-controller"
I am having trouble with the ESP8266 side of things, specifically I do not get the "ESP8266 Sketch Data Upload " menu option on Arduino IDE Tools Menu
To do this I understand I need to install "ESP8266 Data-Upload tool" as described here "https://github.com/esp8266/arduino-esp8266fs-plugin" (and several other places).
Despite MANY attempts, I do not get the Data Upload prompt in the IDE

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

It's an optional plugin for the Arduino IDE, not a standard option.

Assumption is the mother of all f*ckups. At least: that's what I'm assuming.
